Administrative Assistant with Residential Sales and Lettings Experience


Monday to Friday 9-5.30,

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with experience in Residential Sales and Lettings to join Chartered Surveyors in East Dulwich.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to both our sales and lettings departments and ensure that high quality work is produced within established deadlines.


Main Duties:

Set up and maintain accurate files and records

Handle correspondence for both sales and lettings including property particulars

Assist in the sales and lettings of properties

Updating property portals for company website

Photocopying, faxing, scanning and file administration as needed

Greet visitors, screen incoming calls, schedule appointments, maintain sales and lettings calendar


Skills and Experience Required:

2-3 years administration experience within the property sector

High level of interpersonal skills

Strong communication (verbal, written and strong telephone communications)

Able to work under pressure

Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Highly organised

Team worker
